Fitch Irick Corporation seeks a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties in a compliance-driven environment. You will ensure budgets, timelines, and program requirements are met while maintaining high standards of resident service.

The role emphasizes leadership, accurate documentation, and proactive communication with housing authorities, residents, and staff to maximize efficiency and program compliance.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma.
• Experience: 2+ years of housing experience.
• Certifications: Any Affordable Housing Certification (CAHEC, etc.).
• Physical abilities: Lift/push/bend up to 50 pounds; walk varied surfaces; PPE when needed.
• Interpersonal: Leadership, teamwork, integrity, communication skills.
• Special Requirements: Travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Handle rent collections and documentation for assigned properties.
• Process resident applications and conduct move-ins/outs.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing rules and designated programs.
• Train staff and provide needed equipment/materials.
• Conduct regular property inspections and oversee maintenance requests.
• Coordinate with leadership, housing authorities, and external clients.
• Schedule and complete assigned projects while maintaining standards.

Fitch Irick is knowledgeable in the complexity of regulations with Rural Development, HUD, and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Programs.
