Fitch Irick Corporation in Chantilly, VA is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with Rural Development, HUD, and LIHTC programs.

You will handle rent collections, applicant screenings, move-ins/outs, and Fair Housing adherence, while coordinating budgeting, inspections, and maintenance. Travel up to 50% may be required; a valid driver's license is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2+ years housing experience.
• Affordable housing certification (CAHEC, etc.) preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Handle rent collections and documentation for assigned properties.
• Process applicant screenings and applications.
• Conduct move-ins/outs with program compliance.
• Ensure Fair Housing rules are followed.
• Provide staff training and materials as needed.
• Conduct frequent property inspections.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and timely resolutions.
• Communicate with leadership, housing authorities, and clients as needed.
• Schedule and complete assigned projects.
• Monitor expenses to maximize profits while controlling costs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
