Job summary

Fitch Irick Corporation is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at assigned properties within the affordable housing portfolio. You will ensure optimal performance and alignment with program requirements, while maintaining professional standards and superior tenant service.

The role requires 2+ years in housing, a High School Diploma, and relevant affordable housing certifications. Travel up to 50% may be required; strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Fitch Irick is knowledgeable in the complexity of regulations with Rural Development, HUD, and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Programs.
