You will handle rent collections, move-ins/outs, inspections, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing rules while coordinating with leadership, housing authorities, and vendors. This role requires at least 2 years housing experience, a high school diploma, and a willingness to travel up to 50% with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 2+ years of housing experience.
• Affordable Housing Certification (CAHEC, etc.) preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk on varied surfaces.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Handles rent collections and related documentation with accuracy.
• Accepts and processes resident applications.
• Conduct move-ins/outs with accuracy and program compliance.
• Ensure Fair Housing rules are understood and followed.
• Provide training, equipment, and materials for staff as needed.
• Carry out frequent property inspections.
• Oversee timely maintenance requests completion.
• Communicate with leadership, housing authorities, and clients as needed.
• Schedule and complete projects.
• Maintain professional and customer service standards for team.
• Analyze expenses to maximize profits and reduce costs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
