Mercy Housing Management Group in Savannah, GA, is seeking a Property Manager for Savannah Gardens I & V. This on-site role partners with the Assistant Property Manager, Maintenance, and Resident Services to deliver exceptional service and maintain occupancy, ensuring rents are collected on time and budgets are followed.

The position offers a starting pay of $25.70–$29 per hour, with multiple healthcare plans, PTO, holidays, 403b with match, life insurance, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of local and federal housing laws, including Fair Housing and Landlord and Tenant laws.
• Experience managing financials.
• Housing management experience with HUD, LIHTC, Rural Housing, or Tax-Exempt Bond properties.

Responsabilités

• Deliver excellent customer service to residents in collaboration with staff.
• Rent collection and maintaining timely payments.
• Maintain occupancy by implementing leasing strategies.
• Manage operations within budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Monitor expenses to align with budget goals.
• Drive NOI by meeting targets and ensuring regulatory compliance.
