Job summary

Mercy Housing seeks a Property Manager for Savannah Gardens Senior & IV in Savannah, GA. You will lead site staff, oversee resident relations, budgets, rent collections, leasing, and compliance for two properties, ensuring quality service and regulatory alignment.

The role is on-site with competitive pay ($28-30/hour, DOE) and benefits including several healthcare plans, PTO, holidays, volunteer leave, parental/caregiver leave, life insurance, 403b + match, and access to employee assistance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of local and federal housing laws including Fair Housing and Tenant laws.
• Experience being accountable for financials.
• Housing or property management experience including HUD, LIHTC, Rural Housing, and Tax-Exempt Bond properties.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great customer service to residents in partnership with staff.
• Rent collection and achieving collection benchmarks.
• Maintain occupancy rates by managing leasing strategies.
• Manage property operations within budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Regularly review expenses to align with budget goals.
• Drive performance to meet NOI objectives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and documentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
