Job summary

JES Holdings, including Fairway Management, seeks a Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of assigned properties in the affordable housing sector. You will market and lease units, manage budgets, and ensure resident satisfaction with a focus on compliance and quality service.

You will lead staff, coordinate maintenance, and stay on top of regulatory inspections while cultivating strong community relations and occupancy targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of affordable housing experience with LIHTC or Section 8.
• Solid understanding of Fair Housing.
• Skilled in income qualification, tenant file accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong competency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Market and lease apartments.
