Job summary

National Church Residences operates Pecan Grove, a senior apartment community with 40 units at 520 Pecan Dr #600, Bolivar, TN 38008. The Property Manager oversees daily operations, regulatory compliance and resident relations to maintain high occupancy and service quality.

The role requires leadership, budgeting, leasing and staff supervision, with a focus on HUD/LIHTC compliance and strong communication with residents and staff. Benefits are included with a 30-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of affordable housing property management experience.
• CPM or ARM certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of housing regulations, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the property, including budgeting, leasing, rent collection and occupancy.
• Ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC and related programs and prepare required reports.
• Supervise, train and evaluate on-site staff; address resident concerns and coordinate move-ins/outs.
