Job summary

CRMG is seeking a Property Manager for Brentwood Village, a 81-unit community in Medford, OR. The role handles day-to-day management, marketing, rent collection, and occupancy duties with strong customer service and detail orientation.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience required.
• Two years of property management experience required.
• Entrata software experience preferred.
• MS365 (Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel) proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day property management including marketing and rent collection.
• Screen prospective residents and prepare rental agreements.
• Maintain property integrity, prepare reports, and issue notices.
• Handle after-hours emergencies and ensure compliance with laws.
