CRMG is seeking a temporary (with potential for permanent placement) Affordable Assistant Manager for Plambeck Gardens, a 116-unit community in Tualatin, OR. The role covers day-to-day property management tasks including marketing, tenant screening, rent collection, notices, and report preparation.

The position offers an hourly rate of $23.00–$25.00, full‑time schedule Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 40 hours weekly, plus a $50 cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement.

Qualificações

• Six months of previous property management experience is preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Basic math skills for rent calculations and reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and basic office equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication and English fluency.

Responsabilidades

• Assist day-to-day management of a specific property.
• Marketing and maintaining property integrity.
• Screen prospective residents and collect rents.
• Serve notices and prepare reports and agreements.
• Assist with budgeting and financial reporting as needed.
