• Six months of property management experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic math and bookkeeping tasks such as collecting rent and preparing reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day property management: marketing, screening residents, rent collection, notices, and reporting.
• Prepare agreements and maintain property integrity.
• Support with reports and records for CRMG's Plambeck Gardens.
