Job summary

CRMG is seeking a Supervising Property Manager for Poplar Village, a 136-unit community in Medford, OR. This role leads the on-site team, coordinates marketing efforts, and ensures property operations run smoothly.

You will manage rent collection, reporting, leasing, and compliance with housing laws. The position offers full-time hours, a daytime schedule, plus benefits such as health coverage, a 401(k) with employer matching, and a 30% rent discount for onsite living.

Qualifications

• One year of property management experience is required.
• One year of supervisory experience is required.
• Six months of customer service experience is preferred.
• Current valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
• Entrata software experience is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Fair Housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations is expected.
• MS365 proficiency (Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel) is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property management operations and supervise staff.
• Market the 136-unit Poplar Village to attract residents.
• Screen prospective residents and collect rents; serve notices as needed.
• Develop reports and prepare agreements for management review.
• Maintain property integrity and respond to after-hours emergencies.
