Job summary

CRMG is seeking a part-time Property Manager for the Mission Briar apartment community in Candy, OR. You will manage daily operations, market the property, screen residents, collect rents, and issue notices while maintaining property integrity and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in customer service and property management, familiarity with Entrata, and proficiency in MS365. A valid driver's license and knowledge of housing laws are required.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience required.
• Two years of property management experience required.
• Entrata Property Management Software experience preferred.
• Basic MS365 (Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel) experience.
• Basic math and bookkeeping skills required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Available for after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations for Mission Briar (23 units).
• Handle marketing, tenant screening, rent collection, and notices.
• Develop reports and prepare rental agreements.
