Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; training in property/real estate management preferred.
• 1–2 years of hospitality, office management or administrative experience; professional training may substitute for experience.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lease processing from application to move-in.
• Rent collection and deposit processing; maintain financial records.
• Maintain resident records to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with maintenance for timely unit turns and curb appeal.
