  • Oversee maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects, coordinating with engineering and vendors.
  • Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, ensuring performance and insurance compliance.
  • Support client reporting, presentations, and ownership meetings.
  • Supervise and mentor property management team members, including Assistant Property Managers and Property Assistants.

Key Responsibilities
