Job summary

Live AMC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily property operations and a team. You will manage financials, leasing, compliance, and resident relations to meet performance goals.

The role requires 1–2 years of property management experience and strong judgment. You will lead staff, coordinate maintenance, and ensure adherence to Fair Housing standards while driving retention and occupancy targets.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate the property within financial guidelines.
• Perform daily property inspections and coordinate with maintenance.

• Interview and hire property employees.
• Ensure AMC policies and procedures are upheld and reported.
• Meet leasing objectives with proper sales techniques including first-hand leasing.
• Handle resident requests with discretion and independent judgment.
• Manage administrative duties including required reporting.
• Design and implement a resident retention program (newsletter, referrals, social events).
• Create/maintain marketing and advertising concepts for staff to implement.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, Fair Housing, and AMC safety guidelines.
• Investigate or report incidents involving residents, employees, vendors, or others.

Job description

We are currently seeking a Property Manager. Property Managers are responsible for managing daily operations of the property, supervising team members, and achieving financial and operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Operate the property within financial guidelines
• Perform daily physical inspections of the property and coordinate with the maintenance team
• Maintain direct supervision of all staff, including work schedules, delegation of duties, and conflict resolution
• Interview and hire all property employees
• Ensure all AMC policies and procedures are upheld and infractions are properly reported
• Meet leasing objectives by ensuring proper sales techniques are used, including first‑hand leasing
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion to handle and resolve resident requests or concerns
• Take responsibility for administrative duties, including required reporting
• Implement, design, and maintain a resident retention program, such as newsletter, resident referral program, and social activities
• Design/maintain a marketing and advertising concept for property staff to implement
• Ensure property compliance with OSHA, Fair Housing, and AMC safety guidelines
• Investigate and/or report any incidents involving residents, employees, vendors, or others regarding the property

Compensation and Benefits

Full‑Time: $33.00 to $35.00 per hour.
