In your role at CubeSmart Self Storage, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining your property, which includes customer service and property maintenance skills.

The Property Manager is responsible for…

Customer Service:

• Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering excellent service.
• Interacting face-to-face with customers, providing service, and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform lock checks and show units.
• Renting self-storage spaces, selling store merchandise, managing leasing, accepting payments via POS system, completing deposits, and making courtesy calls regarding late payments.
• Managing invoice reviews and approvals within the database.
• Processing invoices, managing reports, and handling legal processes of auctions.
• Overseeing the store’s expense budget, supplies, and inventory.

Property Maintenance:

• Performing daily walks of the property, cleaning units and the property, opening and closing storage doors (up to 50 lbs.), and light activities like mopping, sweeping, changing bulbs, and cleaning units.
• Maintaining a clean and safe facility, including restrooms, landscaping, parking, fencing, walls, and doors.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service to diverse customers.
• Basic computer skills.

Additional information:

• You must be able to work Saturdays.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb, or balance on a ladder frequently.

*Some locations may require Sunday hours.
