Job summary

Flaherty & Collins Properties in Anderson, IN is seeking a Property Manager to oversee an active community, drive occupancy, supervise the on-site team, and ensure resident satisfaction.

You will manage budgets, partner with corporate leadership, plan events, and leverage OneSite and MS Office to optimize operations; CAM preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) preferred.
• Experience managing properties and leading on-site teams.
