Job summary

Flaherty & Collins Properties is seeking a Property Manager to lead a thriving community, overseeing leasing, maintenance, and resident satisfaction. You will hire and mentor on-site teams, implement occupancy strategies, and drive revenue growth while managing budgets and compliance.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, CAM certification preferred, strong communication and leadership skills, and proficiency with OneSite and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) certification preferred.
• Experience in property operations and resident relations is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all property operations including leasing, maintenance, and resident satisfaction.
• Hire, train, and mentor on-site property team members to ensure excellence.
• Develop strategies to meet occupancy goals and drive revenue growth.
• Build relationships with residents and address concerns to foster a positive community.
• Manage budgets, track financial performance, and optimize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and safety standards.
