Flaherty & Collins Properties is seeking a Property Manager in Richmond, IN to lead daily property operations and drive resident satisfaction. You will oversee leasing, maintenance, budgets, and a onsite team to deliver exceptional living experiences.
You will hire and coach staff, implement occupancy strategies, and collaborate with leadership on planning and reporting. Strong communication and hands-on leadership are essential.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) preferred. You’ve successfully managed properties before and have a proven track record of keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently. You’re a people person with excellent communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with residents and staff alike. You’re comfortable managing budgets, tracking performance metrics, and spotting opportunities for growth. You’re tech-savvy and confident using property management software (Entrata) and Microsoft Office tools. You’re the kind of person who sees challenges as opportunities and brings creative solutions to the table.
