Job summary

Flaherty & Collins Properties is seeking a Property Manager for Line Lofts in Indianapolis, IN. You will oversee leasing, maintenance, and resident satisfaction, while mentoring onsite staff and driving occupancy and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) certification preferred.
• Experience managing properties with a track record of smooth operations.
• Strong communication and resident-relations skills.
• Familiarity with OneSite and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident satisfaction.
• Hire, train, and mentor onsite property team members to ensure excellence.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet occupancy goals and drive revenue growth.

• Manage budgets, track financial performance, and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with corporate leadership on planning and reporting.
• Stay informed about market trends to position the community competitively.
• Plan and execute resident events to build community.
