Job summary

Flaherty & Collins Properties is seeking a Property Manager to lead Park Trails in Columbus, OH. You will oversee leasing, maintenance, resident satisfaction, and team performance to ensure exceptional living experiences.

You will develop strategies to meet occupancy goals, manage budgets, and foster a thriving community. The role emphasizes leadership, relationship-building, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • You've successfully managed properties before and have a proven track record of keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.
  • You're a people person with excellent communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with residents and staff alike.
  • You're comfortable managing budgets, tracking performance metrics, and spotting opportunities for growth.
  • You're tech-savvy and confident using property management software (OneSite) and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident satisfaction.
  • Hire, train, and mentor onsite property team members to ensure excellence in every aspect of property operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet occupancy goals and drive revenue growth.
  • Build strong relationships with residents by addressing concerns and fostering a positive community environment.
  • Manage budgets, track financial performance, and identify opportunities to optimize property profitability.
