Flaherty & Collins Properties is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a Laporte community, manage leasing, maintenance, and resident satisfaction, and mentor the onsite team to deliver exceptional results.

You will drive occupancy, revenue growth, and compliance while fostering a positive, connected living environment and coordinating with corporate leadership on planning and reporting.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience managing properties with a proven operations track record.
• People-focused with strong communication skills.
• Comfort with budgets, performance metrics, and growth opportunities.
• Tech-savvy with OneSite and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident satisfaction.
• Hire, train, and mentor onsite property team members to ensure excellence in every aspect of property operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet occupancy goals and drive revenue growth.
• Build strong relationships with residents by addressing concerns and fostering a positive community environment.
• Manage budgets, track financial performance, and identify opportunities to optimize property profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, regulations, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with corporate leadership on strategic planning and reporting.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to position your community as the preferred choice.
• Plan and execute events that bring residents together and build a sense of community.
