Flaherty & Collins Properties is seeking a Property Manager to lead a vibrant community in Indianapolis. You will oversee leasing, maintenance, and resident satisfaction while guiding onsite teams to excellence.

Responsibilities include budgeting, strategic planning, and executing community-building events to maintain high occupancy and revenue growth. CAM certification is preferred, with strong communication and tech skills essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; CAM preferred.
• Proven ability to manage leasing, maintenance, and resident satisfaction.
• Experience leading onsite property teams and managing budgets.
