Job summary

CORE is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a Central Maine commercial portfolio. You will manage tenant relations, leasing coordination, budgets, and vendor oversight.

Ideal candidates have 3-5+ years in commercial property management, strong knowledge of leases, and excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and property management software is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of commercial property management experience preferred.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly.
• Coordinate and manage tenant improvement and construction projects.
• Oversee routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the property is well-maintained.
• Hire and supervise contractors for larger projects.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety and building codes.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify issues or needed repairs.
• Oversee rent and other payments from tenants.
• Monitor expenses and seek cost-efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly.

Qualifications
