Newbury Living is seeking a driven Property Manager to lead a 257-unit portfolio. You will drive occupancy, optimize revenue, and build a high-performing team that delivers exceptional resident experiences.

You’ll own leasing strategy, monitor NOI, and partner with maintenance to maintain asset quality while delivering results.

Qualifications

• No prior property management experience required; we'll train the right person.
• Track record of hitting goals in any past role (sports, school, retail, service industry all count).
• Natural leader — someone others already turn to, even informally.
• Comfortable with numbers; willing to learn budgets and reporting.
• Tech-comfortable and able to learn new software quickly.
• Self-starter with a 'whatever it takes' mentality — shows up, solves problems, doesn't wait to be told.
