Job summary

Newbury Living is seeking a Property Director to lead operations across Denver-area communities. This full-time exempt role requires 5+ years in property management and a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee approximately 400 units, develop occupancy strategies, and drive resident retention while ensuring property standards and curb appeal across multiple properties in the Denver metro.

Qualifications

• 5+ years property management experience
• Familiar with the Denver metro apartment market
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
• Experience with RealPage and/or AppFolio software platforms
• Passion for leasing, resident retention and team development
• Experience with affordable housing, tax credit, or mixed-income is a plus

Ready to take your leadership to the next level? Newbury Living is looking for a driven, detail-oriented professional with 5+ years property management experience preferred in the Denver or Colorado area.

Must be a self-motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

In this high-impact role, you’ll:

• Oversee approximately 400 units across multiple Denver communities

• Improve resident retention, satisfaction and engagement


• Monitor leasing activity, traffic, pricing, renewals and delinquency
