Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. is seeking a Resort Manager for Goose Creek in Newport, NC. This full-time role follows a hospitality schedule aimed at delivering excellent guest experiences and driving property profitability.

You will oversee resort operations, hire and lead staff, manage budgets, and partner with marketing to attract guests, all while maintaining a clean, attractive property.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of property management experience, preferably in an RV or manufactured home community setting.
• Strong operations skills and a thorough understanding of the complexities of this position.
• At least one year of experience in customer service and exceptional customer service skills.
• Experience in sales and/or marketing preferred.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and other web-based applications.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
