The role emphasizes budgeting, strategic planning, and community relations to drive occupancy and revenue growth. CAM certification is preferred; proficiency with Entrata and Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous property management experience with operations oversight.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing budgets and tracking performance metrics.
• Proficient with Entrata and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident satisfaction.
• Hire, train, and mentor onsite property team members to ensure excellence in every aspect of property operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet occupancy goals and drive revenue growth.
• Build strong relationships with residents by addressing concerns and fostering a positive community environment.
• Manage budgets, track financial performance, and identify opportunities to optimize property profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, regulations, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with corporate leadership on strategic planning and reporting.
