Job summary

Flaherty & Collins Properties in New Albany, IN is seeking a Property Manager to lead operations at The Breakwater. You will oversee leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and resident satisfaction while guiding onsite teams to deliver exceptional living experiences.

Requirements include a high school diploma (CAM preferred) and proven property-management experience. Proficiency with Entrata and Microsoft Office is a plus, with a track record of improving occupancy and community standards.

Qualifications

• Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to position your community as the preferred choice.
• Plan and execute events that bring residents together and build a sense of community.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) preferred.
• You’ve successfully managed properties before and have a proven track record of keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.
• You’re a people person with excellent communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with residents and staff alike.
• You’re comfortable managing budgets, tracking performance metrics, and spotting opportunities for growth.
• You’re tech-savvy and confident using property management software (Entrata) and Microsoft Office tools.
