Level 10 Management is seeking an on-site Leasing Consultant to oversee a multi-site portfolio focusing on affordable housing options. You will guide prospective tenants, conduct tours, process applications, and maintain accurate leasing records using Microsoft Office tools.
Prior leasing or property management experience is preferred, with a emphasis on customer service and regulatory compliance. This role requires working on-site at multiple properties in the Minneapolis area.
Pay: $20 - $22 per hour + $100 bonus per signed new lease and $50 bonus per signed renewal lease
Location: Multi- and onsite only position

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel supports the preparation and organization of leasing documents, reports, and data tracking essential for maintaining accurate records. Effective communication skills are critical for clearly conveying leasing terms, addressing tenant questions, and building rapport to foster trust and satisfaction. Knowledge of affordable housing programs enables the consultant to guide applicants through eligibility requirements and compliance, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. Together, these skills enable the Leasing Consultant to perform their duties with professionalism, accuracy, and a customer-focused approach.
