Wright Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to manage the leasing process for our properties and maximize occupancy and profitability for clients. You will introduce properties to prospective tenants and conduct inspections of actively leased properties.

The role thrives in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service and sales. The position requires strong knowledge of the local real estate market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and experience

Qualifications

• Proven working experience in property management.
• High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Property Management or Real Estate License preferred.
• Deep understanding of real estate law and leasing practices.
• Up-to-date on the local real estate market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Experience with property management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advertise and show vacant properties.
• Inform tenants of amenities and terms.
• Hold open houses.
• Qualify prospective tenants using background checks and references.
• Process rental payments and issue receipts.
• Maintain knowledge of local market and housing trends.
• Negotiate leasing terms and close deals.
• Inspect properties and schedule maintenance/repairs.
• Provide administrative support as needed.

The Leasing Consultant is responsible for all aspects of the leasing process, from introducing properties to prospective tenants to periodic inspection of actively leased properties. Responsibilities

• Advertise vacant properties
• Show properties to prospective tenants and inform them of all available amenities
• Hold open houses
• Qualify prospective tenants using background checks and references
• Accept rental payments and provide receipts
• Maintain deep knowledge of the local market and housing trends
• Negotiate leasing terms and close deals
• Inspect properties on a regular basis and schedule necessary maintenance/repairs
• Provide administrative support and other duties as assigned
