Qualifications

• Oversee the daily operations of the community while maintaining a high level of resident satisfaction.
• Manage certifications (annual, interim, move-in, move-out) in compliance with Section 8 and LIHTC.
• Maintain occupancy goals and support leasing efforts to achieve 100% occupancy.
• Calculate resident rents and household assets per HUD 4350.3 Handbook.
• Review applicant files for eligibility and regulatory compliance.
• Run and review EIV reports per company policies.
• Identify income discrepancies and prepare repayment agreements as needed.
• Prepare leases, certifications, and other resident documentation.
• Ensure timely collection and deposit of resident payments.
• Conduct unit and property inspections to maintain standards.

Job description

Orbach Affordable Management is hiring a Community Property Manager for OAHS MacArthur Park TC LLC, located in Loveland, OH. Macarthur Park is a family-oriented community with 85-units, blending Section 8 HUD and LIHTC housing.

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager with knowledge of Project-Based Section 8 and LIHTC programs, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage daily operations while providing excellent resident service.

Duties

• Oversee the daily operations of the community while maintaining a high level of resident satisfaction.
• Manage annual, interim, move-in, and move-out certifications in compliance with Section 8 and LIHTC regulations.
• Maintain occupancy goals and support leasing efforts to achieve and sustain 100% occupancy.
• Calculate resident rents and household assets in accordance with the HUD 4350.3 Handbook.
• Review applicant files to ensure eligibility and regulatory compliance.
• Run and review EIV reports in accordance with company policies.
• Identify income discrepancies and prepare repayment agreements when necessary.
• Prepare leases, certifications, and other required resident documentation.
• Ensure timely collection and deposit of resident payments.
• Conduct unit and property inspections to maintain community standards.
• Maintain accurate records and complete additional property management responsibilities as needed.
