Peak Management LLC is seeking a ROCKSTAR Property Manager to oversee 85+ units in Eagles Eyrie, Louisville, KY. The role emphasizes customer service, value enhancement, and leadership of a small team.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in property management, strong budgeting, leasing, and operations skills, and a solid understanding of Fair Housing. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in a Property Manager role and managing a staff of two or more.
• Strong technical skills in budget preparation and reporting, finance, leasing, operations and a solid understanding of Fair Housing.
• Must have a valid Drivers License and reliable transportation.
• Ideal candidate should enjoy customer service and working with the public.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 85+ units in Eagles Eyrie, Louisville.
• Manage staff of two or more.
• Prepare budgets and financial reporting for properties.
• Lead leasing activities and tours with prospective tenants.
• Ensure Fair Housing compliance across properties.

• Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather
