Job summary

Highmark Residential in Magnolia Village, Georgia, seeks a Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the apartment community, oversee staff, and ensure smooth leasing and resident services.

You will drive tenant retention, supervise reporting, and coordinate recruiting, training, and performance evaluation while delivering excellent customer service and a strong on-site presence.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent mathematical skills (high school level).
• You strive for excellence.
• Two years of apartment management experience.

• Directs and oversees the day to day operations of community staff
• Ensures the accuracy and timely preparation of all required reports
• Manages highly skilled on-site team in recruiting, training, counseling, and evaluation
• Ensures excellent customer service to all residents and prospects
• Achieves high resident retention and leasing expectations
