Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Property Manager for the Centre Court community in Bradenton, FL. You will lead day-to-day operations, supervise staff, and ensure smooth leasing and resident services.

You will manage performance, prepare reports, and drive high retention while delivering excellent customer service to residents and prospects at this on-site role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Two years of apartment management experience preferred.
• Tax Credit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees the day-to-day operations of the community staff.
• Ensures the accuracy and timely preparation of all required reports.
• Manages on-site team in recruiting, training, counseling, and evaluation.
• Ensures excellent customer service to residents and prospects.
• Achieves high resident retention and leasing expectations.
