Highmark Residential is seeking a Property Manager for the Brandemere community in Winston-Salem. This role provides leadership and direction for the day-to-day operation of the apartment community, ensuring service quality and occupancy targets.

You will oversee on-site staff, coordinate reporting, and drive resident satisfaction. A strong emphasis on team development, retention, and market-competitive compensation is highlighted in the role.
