Job summary

Highmark Residential seeks a Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Southpoint Estate Apartments. You will oversee staff, ensure timely reporting, and drive leasing performance while delivering excellent resident service.

Ideal candidates bring leadership and team-building skills, at least two years in apartment management, and a solid math foundation. A valid driver’s license is required for on-site responsibilities.

• Excellent math skills (high school level).
• Two years of apartment management experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees the day to day operations of community staff.
• Ensures the accuracy and timely preparation of all required reports.
• Manages highly skilled on-site team in recruiting, training, counseling, and evaluation.
• Ensures excellent customer service to all residents and prospects.
• Achieves high resident retention and leasing expectations.
