Qualifications

• 7+ years of property management experience.
• 3-5+ years in a Property Manager role with direct building responsibility.
• Commercial office property management experience preferred.
• Experience developing and managing operating budgets.
• Strong financial reporting, forecasting, and reconciliation experience.
• Proficiency with Yardi or similar property management/accounting software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and tenant relations skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a commercial office property.
• Oversee building engineers, janitorial teams, security, and vendors.
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets and capital plans.
• Prepare financial reports, variance analyses, forecasts, and reforecasts.
• Support lease administration, tenant billing, and collections processes.
• Manage tenant improvements and capital projects from planning through completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and respond to escalated concerns.
• Supervise property management staff including an Assistant Property Manager and Tenant Services Coordinator.
• Ensure building maintenance, safety, and operational standards are consistently met.

Location: Irving, TX

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Compensation: $100,000-$115,000 base salary + 15-20% bonus potential

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of a commercial office property
• Oversee building engineers, janitorial teams, security personnel, and third-party vendors
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets and capital plans
• Prepare financial reports, variance analyses, forecasts, and reforecasts
• Review and approve accounts payable and accounts receivable activitiesSupport lease administration, tenant billing, and collections processes
• Manage tenant improvement and capital projects from planning through completion
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and respond to escalated concerns
• Supervise property management support staff, including an Assistant Property Manager and Tenant Services Coordinator
• Ensure building maintenance, safety, and operational standards are consistently met

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• RPA, CPM, or CCIM designation
• Real Estate License
• Experience with Angus Anywhere
• Experience pursuing or maintaining BOMA, LEED, Energy Star, or similar building designations
