Our client, a well-established real estate organization, is seeking a Property Manager to oversee operations, performance, and resident experience across a portfolio of apartment communities. This role is responsible for managing on-site teams, supporting leasing and occupancy goals, and ensuring the financial and operational success of assigned properties. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of residential property management experience, including staff leadership and oversight of larger communities or multi-property portfolios.

• Responsibilities include leading the day-to-day operations of assigned residential properties; supervising and developing administrative and maintenance staff; driving leasing performance, occupancy, and resident satisfaction initiatives; managing budgets, financial reporting, and overall asset performance; ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements; partnering with leadership to execute operational goals and property strategies; and utilizing property management software to monitor performance and reporting.
• The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of residential property management experience; demonstrated success overseeing larger apartment communities or multiple properties; strong leadership and team management skills; experience balancing leasing, operations, and financial responsibilities; and proficiency with property management platforms.
