Job summary

Flaherty & Collins Properties is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Indianapolis to welcome guests, showcase community features, and guide applicants through leasing with care and accuracy.

You will build relationships with residents, stay current on market trends, and collaborate with teammates to achieve occupancy goals while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and a warm, approachable manner.
• Experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of property management software and MS Office.
• Strong customer focus and ability to build resident relationships.
• Collaborative team player and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective residents, helping them explore the property.
• Showcase amenities and features that make the property feel like home.
• Guide applicants through the leasing process with care and accuracy.
• Prepare and execute lease agreements compliant with legal requirements.
• Build lasting relationships with current residents and address needs.
• Collaborate with teammates to hit leasing and occupancy targets.
• Stay informed about local market trends and competitive offerings.
• Help plan and host resident events to foster community.
