Job summary

The Property Manager at MRA is responsible for protecting, maintaining, and enhancing the value of MRA-owned and/or managed real estate to maximize financial performance, ensure tenant satisfaction, and uphold the reputation of the property and ownership.

Job description

The Property Manager is responsible for protecting, maintaining, and enhancing the value of MRA-owned and/or managed real estate to maximize financial performance, ensure tenant satisfaction, and uphold the reputation of the property and ownership. This role oversees all operational aspects of assigned properties, including budgeting, vendor and facilities management, and tenant relations. The Property Manager acts as the primary liaison between ownership, tenants, and the public.
