MetroPlains Management, LLC is seeking a confident Property Manager in Grafton, ND to oversee day-to-day property operations, drive occupancy, ensure affordable housing compliance, and deliver resident-focused service.

This full-time role emphasizes financial management, vendor relations, and team leadership. Proficiency with Yardi, Rent Café, and MS Office is expected. Training provided; driver’s license required; growth-minded environment.

Qualifications

• Sales and Leasing skills with focus on attracting and maintaining residents.
• Strong verbal and written communication to handle inquiries and negotiations.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented and organized with a focus on occupancy targets.

Responsibilities

• Market & Lease: Attract and secure residents, meeting and exceeding goals.
• Compliance: Process rental applications per affordable housing standards.
• Strategize: Create marketing plans based on market trends and pricing.
• Financial Management: Collect rents, manage invoices, analyze finances, and control expenditures.
• Vendor Relations: Coordinate with vendors and maintenance staff to keep the property attractive.
