Job summary

MetroPlains Management, LLC is seeking a Property Manager in Duluth, MN to oversee day-to-day property operations, drive occupancy, and maintain strong resident relations. You will coordinate marketing, leasing, and financial activities, while ensuring compliance and high-quality service.

Ideal candidates excel in sales, customer service, and organization, can work independently, and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Market and lease properties to attract residents.
