Job summary

Ivybrooke Crossing Apartments has an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Property Manager to oversee our 112-unit residential community in West Seneca, NY. The ideal candidate should have experience in residential property management along with excellent people, managerial, supervisory, organizational and computer skills.

Salary is $60,000 per year, subject to adjustment for onsite living, with a housing benefit of 100% rent discount for onsite living.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential property management.
• Strong people, managerial, supervisory and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to the highest standards of performance.
• Collection of rents, expense controls, and handling resident issues.
• Coordinate vendor scheduling and communicate with vendors effectively.
• Responsible for resident retention & social events monthly.
• Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards.
• Negotiate leases/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner.
• Develop and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analyzing variances, data, and trends.
• Oversee properties' personnel and evaluate performance.
• Conduct safety meetings monthly, enforce safety rules, and ensure staff follows safe work practices.
• Must comply with state and federal fair housing regulations.
