Qualifications

• Seasoned Property Manager for residential community.
• Experience in residential property management is required.
• Strong people, managerial, supervisory, organizational and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to the highest standards of performance.
• Collect rents, manage expenses, and handle resident issues.
• Coordinate vendor scheduling and communication with vendors.
• Oversee resident retention & social events monthly.
• Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards.
• Negotiate leases/contracts with contractors promptly.
• Develop and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analyzing variances, data, and trends.
• Oversee property personnel and evaluate performance.
• Conduct monthly safety meetings and enforce safety rules.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal fair housing regulations.

Reports to: District Manager

Location: Euless, TX

Salary: $27.00 per hour (Subject to adjustment for onsite living)

Responsibilities

• Adheres to the highest standards of performance
• Collection of rents, expense controls, and handling resident issues.
• Coordinate vendor scheduling as well as communicate with vendors effectively.
• Responsible for resident retention & social events monthly
• Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
• Negotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner
• Develop and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analyzing variances, data, and trends
• Oversee properties' personnel and evaluate its performance
• Conduct safety meetings monthly, enforce safety rules, and make sure staff is following safe work practices
• Must comply with state and federal fair housing regulations.

• In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management
• Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
