Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Managing daily operations for assigned properties, including inspections, maintenance coordination, and vendor relationships.
• Building strong resident relationships while addressing service requests, lease compliance, and collection activities.
• Coordinating unit turns, move-ins, move-outs, and property improvement projects.
• Working with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
• Reviewing invoices, monitoring expenses, and assisting with property-level budgeting activities.
• Analyzing operational reports and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and resident satisfaction.
