Job summary

CFS in Northbrook, IL is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a growing portfolio of Chicago-area properties, with onsite responsibilities and travel to assigned sites.

You will work with ownership and internal teams to optimize operations, manage vendors and tenants, review budgets, and lead capital projects, with a focus on reliable service and asset performance. This role offers visibility with leadership and opportunities to implement process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial property management experience.
• Experience managing office, retail, industrial, or mixed-use properties preferred.
• Strong understanding of vendor management, tenant relations, and property operations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel locally to assigned properties throughout Chicago and surrounding suburbs.
