Hrm-Services,-LL is seeking a Part-time Property Manager in Missouri to oversee day-to-day operations and maintain a high-quality standard with strong resident relations as a priority.

Responsibilities include tours, handling inquiries, lease-file processing, rent collection, and coordinating with staff. Starting pay is $17 per hour with employee benefits such as a Time Off Donation Program and referral bonuses.

• Answer phone and emails
• Collect all required documentation and verification for file processing on lease renewals and new move in files and submit for approval
• Responsible for curb appeal of property
• Process move out charges and paperwork
• Secure bids for expenditures at property
• Achieve an effective knowledge of software programs
• Collect rent, security deposits and application fees
• Prepare deposits for bank and software program
• Daily, weekly, monthly meetings with staff to coordinate work and achieve objectives

Property Managers are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the community while meeting a high-quality standard. An excellent relationship with the Residents is priority.

Job Type: Part-time

Starting Pay: $17 per hour

Experience:

• Property management experience is preferred
