HRM Services is seeking a Part-time Property Manager to oversee daily operations of the community and maintain a high-quality standard. Building strong resident relations and using a team approach to boost morale are priorities.

Key duties include resident tours, rent collection, lease processing, and ensuring curb appeal. The role offers an hourly starting pay of $18 and opportunities to improve software usage and organizational skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide tours to prospective residents.
• Answer phone and emails.
• Collect all required documentation and verifications for lease renewals and new move-ins; submit for approval.
• Maintain curb appeal of the property.
• Process move-out charges and paperwork.
• Secure bids for expenditures at the property.
• Develop working knowledge of software programs.
• Collect rent, security deposits and application fees.
• Prepare deposits for bank and software programs.
• Hold daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with staff to coordinate work.
